The set out process
Setting out begins with interpreting architects' plans and thinking in detail about what will produce the best outcome. We negotiate the best construction methods, and source and order materials as specified.
We then use CadCam software to accurately draw constructible components that best represent the designer's or architect's vision. From these plans, we produce a cutting list.
Streamlining and troubleshooting joinery construction
We program machinery accurately to cut, lay or route all the items on the cutting list. We then spend time talking to the staff on the factory floor, explaining all the construction details and being on hand to answer their questions.
